Freedom Foods Muesli – Yeast Free Wheat Free has been formulated, using wheat free wholegrain cereals, coconut, seeds and nuts (LSA – linseed, sunflower and almonds), to provide a nutritious, palatable breakfast food or snack for people who have a sensitivity to yeast and wheat. The aim of our muesli is to starve yeast of its food source such as sugar, refined carbohydrates and dried fruits, commonly found in cereals. Wholegrain cereals are a key source of low glycemic carbohydrates, B vitamins, soluble fibre and minerals, which are important for good health.
