FG Roberts Soy Compound is a bland, low sodium, powdered gluten and wheat free milk substitute for use in egg and dairy free desserts, dressings, dips, spreads, sauces, and as a dairy milk powder replacement in all cooking applications, either sweet or savoury. It is a very versatile and cost effective product. A 1kg packet makes up 10 litres of soy milk. A good source of phytoestrogens, the product is also formulated to match skim milk for protein and calcium levels.
