5. CONFIDENTIALITY

The Service, including its existence and features is confidential information and is the sole and exclusive property of HFFL. 9. CREDIT CARD FACILITY

Any credit card transactions in connection with the Service are conducted via a facility supplied by the existing Internet credit card providers. HFFL shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by Recipient in connection to the use of such Internet credit card facility.

8. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

The law of this Agreement is the law of Victoria. The parties irrevocably and unconditionally submit themselves to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria or courts having jurisdiction in Victoria and of all courts competent to hear appeals from these courts. The parties waive any right to object to any proceedings being brought in those courts.
