Shipping of goods and delivery
Once your funds have been received and cleared for your order, your goods should be dispatched within 72 hours. Delivery times vary from metro, country areas and interstate deliveries but it is estimated that your order should arrive within 5-7 days after dispatch.

Delivery information
We can ship to virtually any residential or business address in Australia. We use Australia Post for all deliveries and all deliveries are subject to their terms and conditions. See www.auspost.com.au

Delays and out of stock
Whilst lots of care is taken to make sure that we have sufficient stock on hand, occasionally we may have run out stock or some products are no longer available. If this happens you will be notified of delays exceeding 5 days. If this occurs we may hold your order until the stock arrives, provide you with a credit towards your next order or provide you with a partial credit towards your next order and ship the balance of the order to you.

Price and invoice

All prices on the Healthy Food For Life website are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Once your order has been processed you will receive a Tax Invoice via email. Please keep it as your receipt of purchase.   

Damaged goods and refunds

If the goods are damaged when you receive them, you must notify us within 24 hours of the damage to the goods. After assessing the situation, we may provide you with a credit towards your next order for the purchase price of the damaged goods. We may organise for the goods to be returned at that stage. You may also want to contact the product manufacturer should you feel it is necessary.

We take great care in displaying the products on our site and take no responsibility for you ordering incorrect products.

We aim to provide you with accurate and up to date product information (including ingredients, nutritional and packaging) however, this information may change from time to time by suppliers and may not be reflected on our website. We highly recommend that you read and check the product information on the packaging when you receive the products prior to consuming.
