Ingredients ½ avocado 2 tsp tomato salsa 2 tsp lemon juice 4 slices of toast Freedom Foods Corn Chips Method 1. Blend avocado,sauce & lemon juice 2. Spread on toast and top with crushed corn chips.

Chocolate Ice-Cream Sandwich

Ingredients 8 Chocolate Daydream Biscuits 4 Scoops vanilla ice-cream 1 punnet strawberries, sliced 2 tbs Grand Marnier or apricot jam 1 tbs icing sugar Method Sandwich together 2 biscuits with ice-cream. Place on serving dish. Repeat 3 times. Top biscuits with strawberries & drizzle over flavouring. Dust with icing sugar & serve.
